Mix powdered onion soup mix into a cup of plain low-fat yogurt and you've got a tasty, low-cal, high-calcium dip that's perfect for jazzing up strips of green pepper or celery sticks.

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 package onion soup mix
8 green pepper strips or celery sticks
Directions
