Sugar Free Cinnamon Sugar

There aren't many people who don't enjoy sprinkling cinnamon sugar over many dishes but the sugar calories can add up. Not with this recipe.

Cinnamon Sugar

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Equal Spoonful
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Combine 1/3-cup Equal Spoonful with 1-teaspoon ground cinnamon; mix thoroughly.

Place in shaker to use in recipes and sprinkle on toast, fruits, muffins and desserts, etc.

Bonus: Cinnamon Apple Cream

Combine 1-cup cinnamon apple sauce with 2 cups light sour cream. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Use to top pumpkin pie, fruit pie or spice cake.
