Notable Note
The National Pork Board regularly reminds Americans that pork is “the other white meat.” Supporting that statement is pork tenderloin, one of the leanest and most tender cuts of meat available. Pork tenderloin is so versatile and easy to make, it appears at elegant dinner parties and also during everyday casual dining.
