Use leftover or deli pork to speed up the creation of a very healthy taco for your main dish.
If you've never tried pork in a taco, you're in for a real taste treat! Use good, lean pork such as tenderloin for the most in healthful benefits and least in fat and calories...
Directions
Cut leftover or deli (lean) pork into strips. Warm tortillas. (See Warming Tortillas)
Spread warm corn tortillas with heated canned vegetarian refried beans.
Top with pork, shredded lettuce, chopped onion and chunky salsa. Roll and eat.
