Choose chunky peanut butter for more fiber and a "chewier" texture. For a change of taste, try a pear or banana, or use soy nut butter, which contains heart-healthy isoflavones.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 medium apple , sliced into six slices

Directions

Place approximately one-half teaspoon of peanut butter on each apple slice and enjoy.
