Peanut Apple Cheese Roll Up take a flour tortilla and rolle with with apple pie filling and peanut butter for a filling and healthy treat.

Peanut Butter and Apple

Ingredients

2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 small (6-inch) cinnamon or plain flour tortilla
1 tablespoon apple pie filling
1 slice American cheese

Directions

Spread peanut butter over one side of tortilla.

Spoon apple pie filling (or apple butter) over peanut butter. Add slice of cheese. Carefully roll tortilla up.

Serve immediately or place on a microwave-safe plate and warm in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds.

Note: You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon over the apple filling and peanut butter. The cinnamon adds a nice spice! And...just leave out the cheese if that doesn't appeal to you.

Recipe makes 1 serving.

Variation: Pita and Peanut Butter Surprise

Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter inside a 4-inch whole wheat pita pocket and stuff with 1/2 cup sliced strawberries. Serve with 1 cup fat-free milk. 200 to 300 Calories
