Mustard-Glazed Ham Slices

Have pre-cooked ham on hand to make these jazzed ham slices for the main dish in your next meal.

Ham

Ingredients

1 pound precooked ham, three or four thick slices
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 generous teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

Directions

Preheat broiler.

Place ham slices on broiler rack set in broiler pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and spread atop ham slices. Broil five to six inches from heat source until the meat heats through (3 to 4 minutes).

Recipe makes 3 or 4 servings.
