Leftover Lamb Stroganoff

Tender lamb with mushroom gravy and sliced mushrooms served over egg-less noodles. Good with fresh tomatoes and crusty bread!

Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chopped lamb
1 jar (12 oz) mushroom gravy
1 can (7 oz) sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
No-yolks noodles

Directions

Mix chopped lamb with jar mushroom gravy and one can of sliced mushrooms (drained). Cook until hot.

Remove from heat and stir in reduced-fat sour cream. Serve over No-yolks noodles.

This dish is good with fresh tomatoes and crusty bread. (If you do not care for lamb, you can use lean beef or pork).

Save the Salt: Cut salt out of your lamb dishes by seasoning it with curry powder, garlic, rosemary or even mint.

A cutlet is a small, boneless cut of meat which can be used in a variety of dishes. Cutlets are usually cooked whole, and since they are very small, they cook quickly and tend to be tender as well.
