Lazy Lasagna

This lazy person's lasagna uses many of the same ingredients in other lasagna but gives a quick and easy way to prep and serve.
Ingredients
2 containers (15 oz) reduced fat ricotta cheese
4 beaten egg whites
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups store-bought red pasta sauce
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
Directions
Heat oven to 375-degrees.
Combine two containers ricotta cheese, beaten egg whites, 1-cup (of 2 total) part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of (of 1/2-cup total) freshly grated Parmesan cheese; mix well.
In 13-by-9-inch baking dish, spread 1-cup of (of 4 cups) store-bought red pasta sauce. Layer four (of 12 total) uncooked lasagna noodles, one more cup pasta sauce, noodles, 1/2 the ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat layers ending with the remaining four noodles and 1- cup sauce. Cover with foil; bake one hour.
Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1-cup mozzarella and 1/4-cup Parmesan cheese. Bake ten more minutes; let stand ten minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with a packaged Italian salad and garlic bread. How about fat-free chocolate ice cream or Rainbow sherbet for dessert?
