Key Lime Pie

Probably the fastest Key Lime Pie recipe you will ever make but best of all, tastes as though you worked a lot harder for it.

Lime

Ingredients

1/3 cup lime juice
1 can skim condensed milk
8 ounces reduced fat sour cream
1-cup light Cool Whip

Directions

Mix together lime juice, condensed milk, reduced fat sour cream, and Cool Whip.

Refrigerate for two hours. Serve.

Alternate: Kwik Key Lime Pie

Dissolve one package (0.3-ounce) sugar-free lime flavored gelatin in 1/4-cup boiling water. Whisk in two containers (8 ounces each) Key lime pie flavored light yogurt. Add one package (8 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping (thawed) and fold in with wooden spoon. Spoon into one reduced-fat graham crust (9-inches). Chill at least two hours or overnight before serving.

Tip: You can use any flavor of gelatin and/or yogurt for the pie if desired.

BONUS: For a 100-calorie Lime diet jello snack, mix together two packages sugar free instant lime jello to three cups water; eat with a scoop of cottage cheese. Add one-half teaspoon of lemon extract and it tastes a lot like key lime pie!
