Make Hot Vanilla Chai with classic Carnation Instant Breakfast combined with fat free milk and a chai tea bag.
Ingredients
1 packet No Sugar Added Classic French Vanilla Flavor Carnation Instant Breakfast
1 cup fat free milk, heated
1 chai tea bag
Directions
Place carnation instant breakfast in large mug; stir in milk.
Add tea bag and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bag.
This recipe contains 50 percent your daily value of vitamin C and 25 percent of iron.
Makes 1 serving.
Notable Note
