Ham and Cheese Tortilla

Deli ham combined with low fat Swiss cheese is so yummy but wrap it up in a tortilla and you've got yourself an on the go lunch.
Ingredients
One 6 inch tortilla
1-1/2 ounce low fat Swiss cheese
2 ounces lean deli ham
Directions
Place a 6-inch tortilla in a small, dry, nonstick skillet.
Sprinkle with 1-1/2 ounce low-fat Swiss cheese. Top with 2-ounces lean deli ham.
Cook over medium-high heat until the cheese starts to melt and tortilla is lightly toasted on the bottom.
Gently fold tortilla. Enjoy!
Tortilla tip: Wet your hands and dampen the tortilla with water (the staler or dryer the tortilla, the more water on each side). Stack them on a microwavable plate and let them set for a few minutes. Then invert another plate on top. Microwave for a minute or more, depending on your oven and the number of tortillas. Check half way through and if necessary, flip them over or rearrange their placement in the stack to cook more evenly. They come out soft and steamed, instead of dry and flaky.
