Fresh Fruit Sorbet

Making your own sorbet isn't as difficult as some think it may be, especially using frozen fruit and your food processor as in this Fresh Fruit Sorbet. Now, making homemade sorbet is a snap!
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups packaged frozen fruit pieces
2 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)
1/4 cup non-sweetened apple juice
Directions
Place packaged frozen fruit pieces of your choice and the sugar (or more to taste) into your food processor.
Puree fruit by pulsing processor on and off while gradually adding non-sweetened apple juice for two minutes or just until sorbet becomes well blended, smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or freeze.
Variation: Home Made Sorbet
Freeze four cups of your favorite berries or melon chunks. Combine the frozen fruit with one-half cup orange juice in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Freeze.
