Better Macaroni Salad

Skip the deli macaroni salad and make this better-tasting and less artery clogging macaroni salad instead.

Macaroni

Ingredients

1 diced boiled egg
1 diced onion
1 diced tomato
4 ounces kidney beans
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons relish
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1-1/2-cup cooked macaroni

Directions

Mix all of the first 7 ingredients into the cooked macaroni.

Sprinkle with paprika, chill and serve.

Recipe makes 4 servings, approximately 1/2 cup each.
