Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

Slow cooked pork makes this sandwich so tender while your favorite barbecue sauce gives it tons of tasty flavor.
Ingredients
3 pounds boneless, well trimmed of fat pork shoulder roast
1-1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
In a 3-quart or larger slow cooker, place 3-pound boneless, well-trimmed pork shoulder roast (such as a Boston butt or similar cut) cut into two pieces, and top with 1-1/2-cups of your favorite barbecue sauce.
Cook on low eight to ten hours.
Remove pork from cooker, shred with two forks and return to cooker.
Mix well and serve on toasted poppy seed rolls. Tip: Use bone-in pork if desired.
Recipe makes a hearty 4 servings.
Notable Note
