Baked Catfish Dijon

Catfish fillets combined with a blend of seasonings in Dijon mustard.
Ingredients
4 catfish fillets (6 to 8 oz. each)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Directions
Heat oven to 450-degrees. Sprinkle four catfish fillets (six to eight ounces each) with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together softened butter, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic clove; spread over fish. Sprinkle with fine dry bread crumbs.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout. Recipe makes 4 servings.
Serving with suggestions: Parsley potatoes, frozen baby corn blend, heat-and-eat dinner rolls.
